Mary is an experienced remedial massage therapist specialising in various therapeutic techniques such as remedial, sports, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, pregnancy massage, manual lymphatic drainage and relaxation massage. In addition to her dedication to her clients, Mary is actively involved in further studies to educate future aspiring massage therapists.

When not working with her clients or guiding aspiring therapists, Mary enjoys the outdoors, hiking scenic trails, tending to her garden, and spending quality time with her four children.
