Frequently Asked Questions
What is physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy can help you recover from injury, managing your pain and stiffness, improving your mobility and educating you in ways to prevent further injury. LifeForce physiotherapists listen to your needs and tailor their treatment programs specific to your condition, activities at work and home and your lifestyle in general.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
Physiotherapists are first contact practitioners so a doctor’s referral is not necessary unless you plan to lodge a third- party claim because your injury was sustained at work or in a car accident.
