Elizabeth has been a Pilates practitioner for 20 years. She has a long association with LifeForce health solutions, starting as a pilates client and then instructor until she opened her own pilates studio specialising in the over 50’s. Now Elizabeth is enjoying semi-retirement, returning to LifeForce to teach Pilates to clients over 60.
