| Goldy Yong is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, holding a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science as well as a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Charles Sturt University. She is an APPI Certified Pilates Instructor (Matwork and Reformer) and has also completed certification in Matwork Pilates, including Props and Rehabilitation Work. With nearly a decade of experience teaching Pilates, Goldy brings a wealth of expertise to her clients. She has previously worked as an Exercise Scientist in aged care while pursuing her postgraduate qualifications. Goldy has extensive experience delivering both group and individual gym sessions, as well as providing one-on-one home visits and hydrotherapy sessions. As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Goldy is able to accept referrals under Medicare’s Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program, in addition to providing services to clients funded through private health insurers, the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), WorkCover, Motor Vehicle Insurance, and the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA). |
