Carol has been a Strength and Balance / Chair Pilates Instructor for 5 years. Her passion is helping people to remain active, feel confident and to have fun. She has completed a range of Easy Moves and Fresh Moves Courses through Active Ageing Australia such Chi Ball Gentle Moves, Fall Prevention, Movement to benefit people with Parkinson’s Disease, Easy Moves Leader Training and Seated Exercises.
Carol comes from a teaching background in Early Childhood and Adult Education and is a strong advocate of Children, and Education and Care. In her spare time Carol enjoys Pilates, AFL and loves being a Nana.
