HOW YOU CAN TAKE ACTION TO STAY ON YOUR FEET!

Balance can be improved by challenging the balance systems in your body through the regular practise of balance strategies along with improving your strength and flexibility.
LifeForce health solutions Strength & Balance classes are for anyone who is struggling with balance, has had past falls, or would like to prevent future falls. They are especially suitable for anyone who has difficulty getting down or up from the floor, because our classes are chair-based; exercises are performed while sitting on a chair, or while standing and using a chair for support.
