Deb McEwen has been teaching yoga for almost 20 years and is a longstanding member of (YTISA ). After a brief stint away in WA Deb returned to LifeForce to resume her very popular yoga classes.
Deb’s yoga classes run for 80 minutes and incorporate postures, relaxation and meditation. Deb has a keen interest in therapeutic meditation and enjoys hearing participants speak of the benefits of these classes. Meditation classes aim to help participants connect to their inner stillness in order to find peace in an often chaotic world while improving resistance to stress.
