Monica Lysiak has been the Principal of this dynamic multidisciplinary practice for over 25 years, during which time she has been pleased to witness the expanding interest in complementary therapies. Initially qualifying as a Physiotherapist, Monica soon realised that a simple musculoskeletal approach to healing could frequently be improved upon by combining hands-on therapies such as Physio and Massage with other treatments such as Acupuncture and Naturopathy.
LifeForce health solutions has evolved over the years to accommodate a growing need within the community to consult with holistically-minded, experienced and well-qualified health practitioners and has been offering its unique range of wellness services for over two decades. LifeForce health solutions has also been an Accredited Physiotherapy practice since 1995.
Our friendly Support Staff will guide you towards the most appropriate treatment for your condition and our professional staff will advise you on how to best manage your health, fitness and wellbeing, while taking into account personal needs and preferences.
Clients report that they love coming to LifeForce health solutions because of the wide range of services offered under the one roof. This is because most people's lives are complex, each individual having their own unique genetic background and emotional history, combined with less than ideal past and current lifestyle choices, which can influence their body's ability to recover from trauma and illness.
LifeForce offers hands-on treatments such as Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage or Bowen Therapy aimed at managing the symptoms of pain and stiffness arising from frustrating or disabling conditions. Alternatively, Acupuncture, Naturopathy or Homoeopathy can assist you in addressing your symptoms and balancing your unique constitution. You may also learn self-management strategies during one-on-one core stability, strengthening and stretching sessions, or simply enjoy the benefits of group exercise classes like, Pilates, Yoga for Pregnancy & Birth, Yoga for Spinal Health & Wellbeing and Balance & Strength Exercises for Seniors. We also offer FitForce classes conducted by a LifeForce physio passionate about Functional Movement. Other services and assessment tools include GaitScan and PosturePro. A recently-introduced modality is Stress Release Therapy, which has enabled our Bowen Therapist to achieve good clinical results in a range of emotional disorders.
